Kaitlin obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in writing from Grand Valley State University. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. She continues to dedicate herself to independent, lifelong learning, staying current on best practices and leading research to support her patients and provide high-quality, evidence-based assessments.
Kaitlin brings over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families within the field of behavioral health and neuropsychological assessment. Her career in pediatric evaluations began at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital, where she administered psychological assessments and provided behavioral intervention across a wide range of presenting concerns. Since earning her master’s degree and practicing as a Limited Licensed Psychologist in Michigan, Kaitlin has specialized in comprehensive pediatric evaluations and therapy. She has an extensive background in autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, mood and behavioral concerns, and parent–child and family therapy.
In her free time, Kaitlin loves being outdoors and creating—whether she’s experimenting with a new recipe, working on a craft, or playing with watercolors. Her favorite animals are pigs and dogs! Kaitlin is intentional and playful in her approach. She strives to help her patients feel comfortable, understood, and supported through genuine, authentic connection and research-backed intervention.
